Malary brings nearly a decade of experience in business management and development with strong exposure to sales and marketing. Most recently, she has been directly involved in the insurance, banking, and home improvement industries. She began her career as an Insurance Operations Manager, leading a team of over ten agents. In a later sales role, she became the first woman in company history to be inducted into the Presidents Club, recognizing exceptional performance and results. She then went on to found and operate a home improvement startup before relocating from South Dakota to Florida, gaining firsthand appreciation for the dedication and effort required to build and grow a business. Known for her strategic approach, strong communication skills, and attention to detail, she provides clients with a smooth and informed experience throughout the sale process.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Malary is deeply committed to helping business owners achieve successful and confidential exits with professionalism and integrity. Based in West Palm Beach, she is a licensed Florida Real Estate Associate, an active member of the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and holds a Business degree in Marketing and Management from LATI. She has also completed the VR Business Broker Training Program, earning her professional Exit Strategy certification.
