Personal Experience

Frank Feiler, Business Intermediary/VR Corporate Training: In my role, I am responsible for all Franchisee Owners Training and Support. I am also available to all franchise offices for onsite training, assistance in recruiting, implementation of “top performer” goal setting, and providing technical operations support. For over 28 years, I have been in the Business Broker industry, and most recently served in a similar capacity with a nationally known Business Brokerage firm where 90 Business Brokers reported directly to me from multiple locations. I was directly involved with the start-up and training of over 40 new Franchisee Owners and their sales staff in a 12 month period. Personally, I have successfully completed over 2,500 business sales in my career. My strengths in negotiations and advising how to troubleshoot difficult transactions is all part of my assistance to VR Franchisees. I am a Life member of the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF), have served as Vice President of the South Florida Chapter of the Florida Business Brokers Association (FBBA), and a member of the International Business Broker Association (IBBA). On a personal note, I am the immediate past President of my home town Rotary Club; Vice Chairman of the Boca Raton Airport Authority, and active member of several community charity organizations and area chambers of commerce.
