Enshrines Frank Feiler as 2023 Hall of Fame Inductee
VR Business Sales / Mergers & Acquisitions, the recognized leader in the sales and transfer of privately held, family-operated, and founder-owned businesses is honored to induct Frank Feiler into the esteemed VR Hall of Fame.
The VR Hall of Fame was established in 2006, with the mandate to memorialize the body of work of an individual from within the organization. The annual inductee has shown dedication to the VR network, supported both management and other intermediary’s, has and is a leader in their local community, and continues to show respect, professionalism, and integrity towards the entrepreneur. Each year the VR Board of Directors review numerous candidates prior to selecting just one inductee.
Mr. Feiler’s professional and public service achievements include Director of Public Relations for the Friendly Restaurant Corporation; Director of the National Restaurant Association; President of the Rotary Club of Boca Raton, FL; Chairman of the Boca Raton Airport Authority; Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce “Chairman’s Award”; and the Life Membership Award of The Business Brokers of Florida.
A pioneer in our profession, his 35 years of practical leadership in privately held business sales, has assisted in over 2,500 successful transactions. For the past 10 years Frank, has been a been integral part of the VR Master Business Intermediary Academy in his role as VR Director of Education and Support.

VR Business Brokers / Mergers & Acquisitions Inducts Eduardo Sosa-Branger, into VR Hall of Fame for 2017

VR Business Brokers / Mergers & Acquisitions, a leader in the sale of privately held companies, is pleased to induct Eduardo Sosa-Branger into the VR Hall of Fame for 2017. Induction in the Hall is one the highest honors a business intermediary or owner can achieve in VR, and is a reward for a body of work and career filled with success and achievement.
Eduardo Sosa-Branger has been exclusively dedicated to privately held business sales since joining the VR organization in 2003.
With more than 15 years of experience in his chosen profession, he has been actively involved in over 500 transactions involving the transfer of business ownership.

Eduardo is an accredited Attorney from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, and holds a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming a business intermediary, Eduardo was an investment banker with over 20 years of experience. His education, training as an attorney and business experience has proven to be of invaluable help and assistance to people looking to transition into or out of a business.
