He specializes in helping business owners confidentially sell their companies while assisting qualified buyers in identifying acquisition opportunities across a variety of industries.

After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Tom relocated to Florida and joined VR Business Brokers, where he quickly developed expertise in business brokerage, transaction marketing, buyer qualification, and deal management. His background in technology, data systems, and digital marketing has enabled him to create highly effective marketing strategies that maximize exposure for business listings while maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the sale process.

Over the years, Tom has been involved in numerous business sale transactions, working closely with business owners, buyers, lenders, accountants, attorneys, and other advisors to facilitate successful acquisitions and ownership transitions.

Tom successfully completed the comprehensive VR Business Broker training program and later earned the prestigious Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP) designation. This advanced education focuses on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, transaction structuring, and the complexities involved in representing privately held companies during acquisitions and divestitures.
